By downloading or using AttentionDefender, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acknowledgement: This agreement is between you and the Ministry of Mind (the Developer), not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. 2. Scope of License: You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products you own or control. 3. No Warranty: The App is provided "as is." The Developer and Apple disclaim all warranties about the App to the fullest extent permitted by law. 4. Maintenance: Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. 5. Intellectual Property: You agree that the "Ministry of Mind" and "AttentionDefender" are proprietary concepts protected by law. 6. Third Party Terms: You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
