1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Attention Defender ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Attention Defender is a productivity application that uses Apple's Screen Time API to shield distracting apps during scheduled focus periods. The App requires iOS 16.0 or later and Screen Time permissions to function.

3. Subscriptions

Attention Defender offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Monthly and Annual). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Attention Defender processes Screen Time data entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your app usage data to external servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy at privacy.attentiondefender.com.

5. Permitted Use

You may use Attention Defender for personal, non-commercial productivity purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.

6. Disclaimer

Attention Defender is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App relies on Apple's Screen Time API, which is subject to Apple's own terms and limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attention Defender and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
